I started in mechatronics — circuits, control loops, and an assistive social robot for children with ASD, my final-year project, where I was lead engineer. Today I build the AI layer: products that read, see, speak and act, and the software around them that makes them shippable.

    Autonomous claims-negotiation engine

    It reads the insurer’s estimate, finds every missing line, writes the argument — and keeps negotiating until someone answers.

    Docling extracts the PDF; a roofing-scope ontology flags omitted items and quantity and scope variances; Gemini 2.5 Flash reasons over them with safety post-processing; a PDF variance report is written; then a stateful email worker sends the argument, replies safely and follows up on its own — an IMAP state machine with recoverable jobs, AES-256-GCM-encrypted mailboxes, multi-tenant.
